Starters
Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato and basil Soup
Served with a freshly baked roll
Portobello Mushrooms stuffed with Perlas and Port dressing
Prawn Cocktail served with Watercress
Ham Hock Terrine served on Toasted granary with Piccalilli Sauce
Mains
Roast Rib of Welsh Black beef with Yorkshire pudding and a Rosemary and Red wine gravy
Turkey Roulade – Pembrokeshire Turkey, wrapped in Parma Ham and stuffed with a Cranberry Stuffing and served with Chipolata Sausages
Braised lentils topped with a grilled Portobello Mushroom and Humous
Pan Roasted Salmon, with Chervil butter and crushed new potatoes
All mains are served with Roast and boiled potatoes and Seasonal vegetables
